A return or refund may only take place if our product is found faulty or damaged. Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days of the original purchase date.

We do not take responsibility for the misuse or damage of any of our products. Please read the care instructions in product descriptions on our website and care labels on each garment to ensure your product life is as premium as possible.

We do not take responsibility for offshore customs service charges.

Customers may return products if purchased the incorrect size only, and has kept the product in a brand new, unworn condition. If there are no sizes left available, the customer will be issued with store credit or receive a full return refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
