RETURNS

We offer a 21-day return policy on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us for store credit or an exchange. Simply ship it back using your local courier at your expense, and we'll take care of the rest. Please send us an email with your order number so we can provide you with the return address.

Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

 

REFUNDS

Being a small business, we unfortunately cannot accept refunds for a change of mind or wrong size purchased. We can only accept refunds if the item is deemed faulty. We ask you please check size charts and model images carefully to ensure you purchase the right size. Please email or DM us on Instagram for any sizing queries. We respond immediately during working hours :-)

 

SIZE SWAPS / EXCHANGES

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap sizes/ products. Please send us an email at info@premiumstore.co.nz with your order number and we can have that arranged for you.


RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Premium Clothing has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/fragrance, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. 

 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Premium Clothing.

 

ORGANISING A RETURN

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s within 21 days of receiving your order. We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
